~ from Korean folk tale Kong-Ji Pat-Ji ~
When both of her parents die, Kong-Ji’s is left at the mercy of her cruel and demanding stepmother, who orders her to fill a broken vessel with water.
Hard-working Kong-Ji tries again and again, but every bit of water spills through.
A small frog comes to her rescue, covering the crack so the water won’t leak out. This kindness makes it possible for Kong-Ji to complete the impossible task.
